Valid NE teaching certificate with applicable endorsement required. Broken Bow accepts all years of teaching experience on the salary scale, and all new teachers automatically start on Step 3 of the district pay scale ($3,000 increase). Teachers receive up to full family BCBS insurance and have 10 Personal Time Off days each year. Broken Bow Public Schools also provides continuous in and out-of-state training to all of its teaching staff to further enhance their professional growth within the PLC instructional model.
