CERTIFIED POSITIONS

Broken Bow Public School is currently accepting applications for an Elementary SPED Teacher for the 2023/2024 school year.  Valid NE teaching certificate with applicable endorsement required.  Broken Bow accepts all years of teaching experience on the salary scale, and all new teachers automatically start on Step 3 of the district pay scale ($3,000 increase).  Teachers receive up to full family BCBS insurance and have 10 Personal Time Off days each year.  Broken Bow Public Schools also provides continuous in and out-of-state training to all of its teaching staff to further enhance their professional growth within the PLC instructional model.  Interested applicants should email Justin Petersen, SPED Director, at Justin.petersen@bbps.org. Broken Bow Public School is seeking a Middle School/High School Special Education Teacher.  This position will provide instruction within a public school setting to students with severe cognitive and developmental disabilities.  The needs of these students require a functional curriculum focused on the acquisition of daily living and vocational skills leading to a successful transition to adult life within the community.  Valid NE teaching certificate with applicable endorsement required.  Broken Bow accepts all years of teaching experience on the salary scale, and all new teachers automatically start on Step 3 of the district pay scale ($3,000 increase).  Teachers receive up to full family BCBS insurance and have 10 Personal Time Off days each year.  Broken Bow Public Schools also provides continuous in and out-of-state training to all of its teaching staff to further enhance their professional growth within the PLC instructional model.  Interested applicants should email Darren Tobey, Superintendent, at darren.tobey@bbps.org.  This position is open until filled.
